Burton Power show is around the corner on July 26th. Please send to all Ohio/PA/MI guys and post in the DB Magazine!
It will be a nice day of old engines, cars, people, set at one of the best historical villages around.
This event traditionally has an antique tractor pull, old steam threshers driving around, steam excavators digging, Hit and Miss engines, Oil field engines, kid peddle tractor pulls, steam powered saws working, a blacksmith, candle making, and other old cars.
Century Village is made up of old homes and buildings that have been moved into a historical Western Reserve village setting. This event is a great way to introduce people to the fun of old cars! Dodge Brothers club members and your friends riding in your old car get in free!!
We have reserved a row to park Dodge Brothers cars that gives us a great view of the tractor parade.
We will have a grill available to heat and cook, bring dishes, and chairs!!
Trailers may be parked at my house.
Here is the plan:
Meet at JC Bittence, Jr.'s house in the morning at 11:30 am EST.
Drive to Burton just before 12:00am.
The drive is about 10 to 15 miles.
We will have support vehicles.
Please RSVP so we can coordinate show spaces.
Please RSVP with what food dish you can bring!
Keep in mind that everyone is welcome to join us at the Power Show Saturday July 26th for the Historic Engine Society hamburger, hotdog, and freshly picked and steamed corn picnic dinner around 6pm.
