Post subject:  Canadian 1934 Dodge DT clutch question

I have a 1934 Dodge DT from Canada. This model uses a Plymouth engine (3-speed, flathead 6). Does anybody know what clutch plate is used - a Plymouth plate or Dodge plate? I have a NOS Dodge clutch plate that will fit a 1934, but on the box it mentions models DR, DS and DX among others. DT is not mentioned.

Hi
Here in Oz we had the D.R. and in 33 and many other years we had Canadian biult cars.
We also had Oz built (bodied) cars (many on pick up frames with T prefixed engine numbers.
From our experience I would use the new clutch in your D.T.
Does it look like a 33D.P. by any chance? We had a 34 which looked just like a 33 D.P. but is actually a D.Q.
I Have a 33 D.P. Salon Brougham, an H.C. ute, (pickup), a35 K.C.ute and a 35 K.C.L. ute. Most parts interchange and they all have the same front sheet metal.
I hope this helps.
