Yes, about 200 HP to the rear wheels. The car weights about 3400# with all of the required safety equipment.
...and yes, we will only be running 4# of boost this year (vs. 10). We got a little greedy (and maybe a bit cocky) last year.
We spent hundreds of hours on the flow bench this winter and improved efficiency by almost 50%. That should equate to comparable HP with less boost.
Maybe I'm wrong, but being the innovators they were (not to mention some animosity towards Henry) I think John and Horace would approve!
