My brake cylinders have ceased up in the out position, with the Lockheed brake shoes caught in place.
With the tires & rims off, I was able to pull the front drums with a moderated amount of force. It was then that I saw the both cups stuck in the out position with corrosion and bad brake fluid. 25 years ago, I replaced the cups and fluid, but time taken its toll.
The rear wheels will not budge with dual sledge hammers hitting from behind the wheel.
Any suggestions on pulling the wooden spoke wheels would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, you may want to try to remove the bleeder screws and use a vacuum pump to compress the wheel cylinders, worked for me in the past.
