How can I tell if my 1924 DB is a Business Coupe or a Doctors Coupe?

How many seats does it have? There is no real Dr.s coupe in DB. There is a four passenger coupe or Fisher coupe, which has a jump seat for front passenger and 3/4 rear seat. The business coupe only seats two. Another thing is a business coupe only has one side window per side. A four passenger coupe has two side windows per side.

24 & 25 DB Business coupes are 5 window (door glass and quarter glass) 22 & 23 and 26 & 27 are 3 window. And like Doug said the Fisher Body (24 - 25?) are 5 window and have a longer passenger compartment (cab) than the Business Coupe and are wood framed bodies whereas the Business Coupe is all steel. I don't believe any manufacturer ever called their Coupes "Doctor's Coupe". Just one of those coined phrases we tend to develop.

Dave, you are right. I was thinking of my neighbor's business coupe, which is a '27.
