How does one get a certification of built date, engine and VIN number from the manufactures.

Search for form on Chrysler Fiat Historical site . Your looking for the build card .

You will only get a Build Card if you have the serial number, FCA are no longer making a charge for this service. http://www.fcanorthamerica.com/company/ ... cords.aspx
They are very busy currently taking 6/8 weeks.
