Post subject:  1934 Dodge Coupe soft/"spongy" brakes

Have already replaced all imaginable on my original brakes. New pads, new lines, new cylinders, new master cylinder, brake drums turned, lines have been drained/flushed, etc. and I still getting times when brakes fill soft.
Any suggestion on what could be causing it?
Appreciate any leads as I do not know where else to look and/or adjust.
There are no leaks. Have removed drums to check multiple times, looking everywhere under car and no leaks been found.
Original master cylinder was Wagner FE-543 Lockheed. Replacement one is MC544 by Rybestos.
Thanks

Hi Dan, beautiful car!
If 100% sure no leaks, then it can only be air.
I made a mistake once with a master cyl - but it wasnt new like yours. Mine wasn't leaking externally but the piston seal was leaking so brake affect was diminished, then failed. My mistake was I kept chasing phantom air, and didn't consider a failing master cyl.
